Next, they visited the Dubai Museum, housed in the historic Al Fahidi Fort. There, they delved into Dubai’s past, witnessing its transformation from a fishing village to a global metropolis. The immersive exhibits and life-sized dioramas of events and scenes fascinated them, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich past.
Next, they headed to the famous Dubai Mall to enjoy some shopping. From luxury boutiques to the mesmerizing Dubai Aquarium, every corner of the mall was a spectacle. They were in total awe, especially the women, who got a chance to shop from their dream brand outlets. They indulged in fine dining and even tried their hand at ice skating at the mall.
Finally, they reached the highlight of their trip—the Burj Khalifa. As they went to the observation deck, the breathtaking panoramic view of the city left them all impressed. It was here, at the top of Dubai, that they celebrated Ashok’s son’s birthday, cutting a cake high above the dazzling skyline. It was a moment of pure joy where his son was overwhelmed with joy, celebrating his birthday in style!
From Cruise Dinner to Desert Safari
The trip was filled with many unique experiences. One evening, they enjoyed a beautiful Dhow Cruise from Dubai Marina and another day, they went on a Desert Safari with a delicious BBQ dinner.
The evening they arrived in Dubai, they went for a Dhow Cruise. As they boarded the beautifully illuminated wooden boat, the gentle sea welcomed them with breathtaking views of Dubai’s glittering skyline. The calm waters reflected the towering skyscrapers, creating a magical ambience.
As they sailed along, they indulged in a lavish dinner, savouring a variety of international and Arabian delicacies. The highlight of the evening was the Tanoura dance performance, where a skilled dancer, dressed in vibrant, spinning skirts, filled them with wonder with some mesmerizing whirls. The soft night air, calming music, and great company made it a night to remember.
Magical Time at Global Village & Miracle Garden
Their Dubai adventure became even more incredible when they visited the Global Village and Dubai Miracle Garden. Entering the garden's colourful oasis felt like walking into a dream world, with millions of blooming flowers arranged in dazzling patterns and intricate sculptures. From heart-shaped archways to life-sized floral castles, every corner was a masterpiece. They couldn’t resist capturing countless photos, posing in front of the stunning floral displays, especially near the world-famous Emirates A380 flower installation and the heart-shaped archways. The garden’s beauty left them spellbound, making it one of the most picturesque moments of their trip.
After a refreshing stroll through the garden, they made their way to Global Village, which proved to be a cultural and entertainment extravaganza. With pavilions representing different countries and their cultures and landmarks, the place was a feast for the senses. They wandered through vibrant marketplaces, sampling international delicacies—from Turkish baklava to Italian delicacies. They also enjoyed the fusion of Indian street food. The lively atmosphere was enhanced by street performances, cultural dance shows, and musical concerts that brought the world’s diversity to life.
They got their adrenaline fix on the carnival rides and then indulged in a shopping spree for unique souvenirs and handicrafts. As the night sky lit up with a dazzling fireworks display, they realized this was the perfect ending to an extraordinary day.
